Every Spring, a budget is submitted by the Fire Chief to the Budget Committee for review and approval.  The Budget Committee has ten voting members that include the 5 Board of Directors and 5 people appointed from the community.  Budgets run fiscally from July 1-June 30 of the following year. 

The budget is a process of collaborative and constructive efforts by the entire District. It is the goal of the District to be fiscally sound; prudent in our quest to utilize tax based monies and to plan for sustainability in all that we do.  We develop a balanced budget based on the safety and wellbeing of the citizens we serve.
